He will set down his computer bag, unlace his dress shoes, and round the corner of our kitchen. As the living room comes into his line of sight he will stop and put his hands on his sides. I will smile and say, "Just give it a few days!"
I'm a re-arranger. I LOVE waking up one morning and just deciding to change my home. Yesterday it was perfect, but today I can't help but wonder what that couch would look like up against the opposite wall. I never know quite when it will strike me, but when it does it comes on quick. As soon as Bart leaves for work I spring into action. I scoot the furniture across the room with strength I never knew I had. Treasures are found hidden in uncovered nooks. (how long has that been under the couch!?!?) The sweeper sees a lot of action. After I recreate my masterpiece, I sit back and wonder at the newness of it all. I love the high I get after it is finished.
Bart, not so much. As soon as he comes around to liking one of my set ups, I re-arrange it. That's hard for a person who doesn't care too much for change. It's not just furniture either....
Don't touch his TV.
